01DefinicjeDefinitions
Usługodawca – operator usługi Brand_Agent. Klient – podmiot zamawiający wdrożenie. Widget – agent „Zapytaj [Imię]” osadzany na stronie Klienta. Landing – pełna strona-wizytówka wraz z widgetem i mini-aplikacjami. Baza wiedzy – uporządkowany zbiór materiałów Klienta, na którym działa agent.
Provider – the operator of the Brand_Agent service. Client – the party ordering a build. Widget – the "Ask [Name]" agent embedded on the Client's site. Landing – a full hub page with the widget and mini-apps. Knowledge base – the curated set of the Client's materials the agent runs on.
02Zakres usług i pakietyScope and packages
Ceny podajemy netto, do każdej doliczamy 23% VAT. Brand_Agent (sam widget): 888 zł netto + 23% VAT (204,24 zł) = 1 092,24 zł brutto, wdrożenie 3 do 7 dni roboczych. Brand_Agent_Landing: 1 888 zł netto + 23% VAT (434,24 zł) = 2 322,24 zł brutto. Utrzymanie: 90 zł netto /mies. + 23% VAT (20,70 zł) = 110,70 zł brutto /mies. (do 3 aktualizacji) lub 150 zł netto + 23% VAT (34,50 zł) = 184,50 zł brutto za aktualizację ad hoc. Zakres nietypowy wyceniamy indywidualnie. Dokładny zakres potwierdzamy w briefie przed rozpoczęciem prac.
Prices are net; 23% VAT is added to each. Brand_Agent (widget only): 888 PLN net + 23% VAT (204.24 PLN) = 1,092.24 PLN gross, delivered in 3 to 7 business days. Brand_Agent_Landing: 1,888 PLN net + 23% VAT (434.24 PLN) = 2,322.24 PLN gross. Maintenance: 90 PLN net/mo + 23% VAT (20.70 PLN) = 110.70 PLN gross/mo (up to 3 updates) or 150 PLN net + 23% VAT (34.50 PLN) = 184.50 PLN gross per ad hoc update. Unusual scope is quoted individually. The exact scope is confirmed in the brief before work starts.
03Proces i terminyProcess and timing
Realizacja: dzień 1 brief, dni 2 do 5 ingest i budowa, dni 5 do 7 testy i wdrożenie. Terminy biegną od dostarczenia przez Klienta kompletu materiałów i akceptacji wyceny. Pełny landing z mini-aplikacjami zwykle 5 do 10 dni roboczych.
Delivery: day 1 brief, days 2 to 5 ingest and build, days 5 to 7 testing and launch. Timelines start once the Client delivers complete materials and accepts the quote. A full landing with mini-apps usually takes 5 to 10 business days.
04PłatnościPayments
Opłata wdrożeniowa jest jednorazowa i płatna po akceptacji wyceny. Utrzymanie rozliczane jest miesięcznie (abonament) lub za pojedynczą aktualizację. Koszty domeny i serwera Klient pokrywa bezpośrednio u dostawców i pozostaje ich właścicielem; konfigurację wykonujemy w ramach ceny pakietu.
The implementation fee is one-time, payable after the quote is accepted. Maintenance is billed monthly (subscription) or per single update. Domain and server costs are paid by the Client directly to the providers and remain the Client's; we perform the configuration within the package price.
05Własność i prawaOwnership and rights
Klient jest właścicielem swojej bazy wiedzy, domeny i infrastruktury. Po rozliczeniu Klient otrzymuje prawa do korzystania z wdrożonego rozwiązania w zakresie prowadzonej działalności. Basic theme udostępniany jest w ramach pakietu; pełny custom design objęty jest odrębną wyceną.
The Client owns their knowledge base, domain and infrastructure. After settlement the Client receives the rights to use the deployed solution within their business. The Basic theme is provided within the package; a full custom design is subject to a separate quote.
06Treści KlientaClient content
Klient oświadcza, że posiada prawa do materiałów przekazanych do budowy bazy wiedzy i że ich wykorzystanie nie narusza praw osób trzecich. Usługodawca przetwarza te materiały wyłącznie w celu realizacji usługi.
The Client declares they hold the rights to materials provided for the knowledge base and that their use does not infringe third-party rights. The Provider processes these materials solely to deliver the service.
07Agent AI i ograniczeniaThe AI agent and limitations
Agent jest ugruntowany wyłącznie na bazie wiedzy Klienta, cytuje źródła i odmawia tematów spoza zakresu. Mimo to, jak każdy system AI, może popełniać błędy. Agent nie udziela porad medycznych, prawnych ani finansowych. Zgodnie z EU AI Act art. 50 użytkownik jest informowany, że rozmawia z AI.
The agent is grounded solely on the Client's knowledge base, cites sources and refuses out-of-scope topics. Even so, like any AI system, it may make mistakes. The agent gives no medical, legal or financial advice. Per EU AI Act art. 50, users are informed they are talking to AI.
08OdpowiedzialnośćLiability
Usługodawca dokłada należytej staranności, lecz nie gwarantuje nieprzerwanej dostępności usług zależnych od dostawców zewnętrznych. Odpowiedzialność ogranicza się do wysokości opłaty za daną usługę, w zakresie dozwolonym prawem.
The Provider exercises due care but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of services dependent on third-party providers. Liability is limited to the amount of the fee for the given service, to the extent permitted by law.
09ReklamacjeComplaints
Reklamacje można zgłaszać przez formularz kontaktu. Rozpatrujemy je w terminie 14 dni.
Complaints can be submitted via the contact form. We handle them within 14 days.
10Postanowienia końcoweFinal provisions
W sprawach nieuregulowanych stosuje się prawo polskie. O istotnych zmianach regulaminu informujemy z wyprzedzeniem. Niniejszy dokument jest wzorem i może wymagać dostosowania do konkretnej działalności.
Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law. We announce material changes in advance. This document is a template and may require adaptation to a specific business.
